As always, our work is grounded in Nation direction, and that guidance has been essential throughout a year marked by both transition and progress. The year marked an important phase of advancing Nation-led priorities, while rebuilding and stabilizing internal foundations.

It was a year shaped as much by learning as by momentum. As we worked to rebuild
organizational capacity, we also navigated real constraints, including capacity gaps and shifting timelines with federal and provincial partners. Throughout those challenges, the resilience of the CCIRA team and the steady grounding provided by our Nations never wavered.

Looking ahead, our focus remains on stabilizing our internal capacity, continuing to refine our strategic systems, and creating space for deeper connection and direction-setting with Central Coast Nations.
